Come visit our shop in London
See the full range of hand-made products up close and personal! Most days you can watch us making up fresh products right before your eyes. Don't miss our seasonal 6ft glass wall of of live honeybees. Watch 20,000 live honeybees going about their business collecting fresh honey for us. Remember that we are real beekeepers and honey farmers. We do get calls to rescue wild swarms of honeybees and have to close the shop at short notice. Before travelling to the shop we advise you call just to confirm we are here. We don't want you to have a wasted trip.
Our normal shop opening hours are:
Mon-Sat : 10am-5pm (closed lunch break between 1-2pm)
Weds.: 10am-2pm
Sun. : Closed

Delivery
We deliver direct to your door!
Christmas 2009- Last order date to arrive by Xmas is 13/12/09, after that date we will despatch, however it could arrive after Xmas.
We are obliged by law to state that you must allow 28 days for delivery. In practice, we aim to dispatch your order from our shop promptly upon receipt whenever possible, approx 3-4 days by courier, recorded post Sign For or Parcelforce Worldwide depending on the circumstances. If you have any special delivery requests please telephone The Hive Honey Shop and one of our members of staff will be happy to help. Postage and Packing - you may order as many products as you like and pay only one delivery charge of £4.95 per single UK Mainland address. Highlands, Ireland, Channel Islands and International Deliveries, must phone/email first to confirm delivery price before ordering.
NOTE- If the addressee is not in at the time of delivery, a card will be left and the addressee will need to make their own arrangements within 6 days to pick up the parcel from the indicated depot. After that time the parcel will be returned to The Hive Honey Shop. If the addressee/client wishes for the parcel to be resent, they must pay an additional £4.95, or The Hive Honey Shop can issue a full refund less the £4.95 P&P paid.
Should any part of your order be unavailable we will telephone you to let you know the position. If, for any reason, you have not received delivery within 21 days, contact our Customer Care number on +44(0) 20 7924 6233 Monday-Friday 10am-5pm. A trained member of staff will deal with your call.
Lost or Damaged Items
If claims for loss or disputed delivery are made, will require the Customer to substantiate a claim by providing any relevant information about the consignment. The recipient may be asked to affirm that the item was not delivered and its value (if known). A claim can only be processed further if the recipient replies in writing to The Hive Honey Shop and if applicable to Parcelforce Worldwide. Parcelforce Worldwide may write directly to the recipient, who must reply to this correspondence within 21 days or the claim will be voided. All claims must be received within 30 days of posting date or no refund/redelivery will be entertained. The Hive Honey Shop may make such investigations as it deems necessary to satisfy itself of the validity of any claim. All items sent are tracked and we reserve the right to investigate claims procedures before issuing any refunds. These Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales over any claim or matters arising under or in connection with this agreement.
