Description
This honeypot has the Rhodanthe design made between 1934 and 1941. It is in very good condition, On very close inspection I can report that the glaze is fine, no real crazing. The lid has a very tiny 1mm flea bite to inside rim imperfection. Possibly a very old chip, but its very smooth so looks more like a casting imperfection. We took that into account when we priced this and reduced the selling price accordingly.
The paintwork is unique, very striking colour and pattern. The base stamp also has the added words; ‘Made in England’.
One only.
